You can see the counter is on the home page if you're *not* logged in. I've never seen it anywhere else. Someone may know more than me.
You are correct it is the only counter. It is updated overnight. If someone does a transaction today it would if it was working update overnight. But as it appears not to be working currently, I do not expect it to update unless Richard fixes it. The same would appear to be the same with actual transactions. They seem not to be showing on statements unless Richard does a manual intervention.

Basically, the site is currently buggered and the owner seems not to care.

13/2/23 9,925,770 Either it is working and we have an extremely low level of transactions or it is only partly working and not all transactions are showing.

Difficult to tell either way. If the counter is to be believed, that's just 14 transactions in the last three weeks. The lack of customer service must deter even the most loyal members.

It does appear to be working. I just did a transaction which tracked almost immediately. It seems to be that we have a very low level of transactions, unsurprising given the way the shareholders have been treated.

That combined with the fact that Mediaforce Limited aka as Cashbackers has just gone into liquidation owing imutual £1348.57 does not bode well

None of my Ebay purchases have tracked since 10 May 2024. It is beginning to look hopeless!

This merchant does not accept claims for missing transactions. Cashback offered on best-endeavours basis only.
Having quoted that, What is the likelihood of a reply from Richard?

About the same as the likelihood of Rishi still being PM on 5 July.
