On website headforpoints there is a free 2500 avios points available on sign up with Qatar Airways that can be transferred to your BA avios account which I have then transferred to my nectar account. See here for details-

Launched last night.. looks like a new version of the old double up promotion
- 50% uplift (not 100% as in double-up)
- but can be spent on anything in Sainsburys
- appears to be a one-shot - one redemption only, must be spent in one go before 4 May
Seem to be selective - it's only on one of the accounts in my household. Reports on hukd suggest you can force it deleting and reinstalling the app.

Email received last night. Apparently they got it wrong and the promotion *does* double the value of points and promising a rebate within 28 days.
That said, I've had the full regular value of points deducted - not even the wrong promotional amount.
