i've not been shopping at Sainsbury's lately so haven't taken part in this at all..
just potentially waiting until November for the 'double points' or whatever the promo is to turn a load of points into groceries.

The conversion rate is becoming asymmetric from 16 November 2022!

When converting Avios to Nectar points, you currently receive 400 Nectar points for every 250 Avios converted. From 16 November 2022 that will change to 400 Nectar points for every 300 Avios that you convert. The Nectar to Avios conversion rate will remain the same.
