Current rate (variable) 4.89% Gross (monthly)/ 5.00% AER
New Rate (variable) 4.60% Gross (monthly)/ 4.70% AER

This will match their currently available Issue 38 of the same account.

Paragon Double Access Cash ISA 4.95% AER (variable, up to 2 withdrawals) isn't bad in the current falling market. They also have a Triple Access Cash ISA which pays 0.70% AER less than this account.
