Cashback Investment Club launched!

I'm pleased to announce two improvements to the redemption system, giving you additional choices when requesting payment of your cashback....

Firstly, we've improved the "Auto-redeem" feature when requesting a BACS payment. You can now specify a minimum amount to be auto-redeemed. If you only want to get automatically paid by BACS once your balance reaches a certain amount e.g. £5, you enter that value in the "Auto-redeem" box when requesting your next payment

Secondly, we've introduced the long-awaited "Pay into Investment Club" option, allowing you to dripfeed your cashback earnings into stockmarket investments. Andrew (the club chairman) will be along shortly to post more details about this

Just one question - where are the redemption options, please?

I must've found them once before to enable "Auto-redeem" but can't right now!

You won't see them if you have no awarded balance or (as in your case) you have a pending payment request. If you cancel the pending request you'll get the options - though note that you need an awarded balance of least £10 to use the Investment Club option
