Based on previous discussions about how the vote of one large shareholder can have undue influence on the outcome of this competition, from now onwards the vote of any one person will be limited to 10,000 shares. e.g. if two people vote for a post and they hold 15,000 and 20,000 shares respectively, only 20,000 shares (10,000 x 2) will be counted for the purpose of post-of-the-month. We'll see how this works out...
