I have no idea why you should be getting it. Have you tried clearing Cache, cookies etc. I am sure you have.

It was OK for me but I am getting capped message now
but OK after changing IP address

Has anyone who is having this issue reported it to Richard and if so what did he say about it?

No reply yet but I doubt he has a bat phone that goes off when he gets a PM
