Lloyds shareholders lose legal fight over HBOS

some shareholders argued that LloydsTSB should not have taken over Halifax/BankOfScotland..

the reality is that pressure was applied to Lloyds to take it on, and like many other banks, they were keeping their bad debts and problems under wraps.

i wonder if anyone here is a shareholder as a result of carpetbagging Halifax Building Society :think:..
