Well I must admit I also had such thoughts. Only Richard has the member's full contact details of course but I guess we can wait and see what happens for a bit longer yet, as it has only been 6 months, in case they have just been otherwise engaged due to whatever.
Perhaps. I wouldn't want anything to be too excessive though, especially as anything like this takes Richard's time away from other things that might be more worthwhile. We'd have to really believe it was necessary to warrant making changes.
1. Let the Chairman proxy vote on their behalf.
2. Let them choose to "cancel" their voting rights and they are not included in voting polls.
As they are not contactable and therefore not an option when they have "vanished" this would need to be done on joining, in which case their would need to be a time period stated as to when this situation would arise.AAAlphaThunder wrote: ↑Wed Feb 12 2020 3:20pmThe infamous "phantom investors" as we used to call them back in the day. Maybe they have bigger fish to fry?
In which case:
We can give them the option to:1. Let the Chairman proxy vote on their behalf.
2. Let them choose to "cancel" their voting rights and they are not included in voting polls.
