Capping is an internal imutual thing and nothing to do with other websites/cashback sites. If you feel that you are being capped excessively/unfairly then this is best discussed with Richard as it will be unique to your account.
Either Richard can/will reply here or you can raise a query

I can't bring myself to make the man suffer any more by taking it up with him again

Unfortunately Richard is the author of the caps. If there is a problem, it is only he that can fix it.

Booking Buddy has been flaky for me boyh here and elsewhere over the past few days.
It was always a no-brainer, but now it only seems to track sporadically.
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Don't do Booking Buddy daily as it's quite a lot of faff. At TCB it seems to track next day - last one I have is from 25th; don't think I've done it since then.
