You should be able to get one a day by using the different sub-menus for merchant categories
For example Entertainment > Electrical
I think you can go down a level further - the criterion seems to be not clicking from the same page more than once a month.

Happened to me earlier. Empty box showing from Kelkoo. Must have been a feed issue tried it 30 mins later and all was as normal and worked ok.

For me, it is not capping that makes a difference, it's when a selection that worked before is marked as "non-earning".
You lose your transaction since it is not reported until it's too late.
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Ultimately, though, just over £1/month. Better than nothing. And if it wasn't for that, I doubt most of would bother with IM.
