After being forced to take a cheque payout , Ive been waiting 4 weeks and get no reply to messages.

I marked the post as needing attention and it seems that did not get any result. Not happy about this saga and the silence

But have you raised a specific query? I have never had an issue getting a response to an individual query, rather than a general forum post.
Just because I'm paranoid, it doesn't mean they're not out to get me

Finally arrived today... no accompanying letter why it took so long... no communication at all from imutual.. member here for 9 years and totally unimpressed by the customer service ive received and the fact that i was forced to have a cheque due to being accused of being a fraudulent person !
