i miss them sometimes if i'm doing something else on my phone.. i see it as it disappears, and it doesn't come back. 40 points is a whole 20 pence piece

The (full-sized) store near my office doesn't have the handheld scanners so to get nectar prices you have to use an app on your phone.

I've not been getting the scratch cards when I shop there. Wonder if it's a 'feature' of using the app for scanning?

I nearly always use the iPhone app to SmartShop now, so presumably not an issue. I've even had the scratch game twice in the same day recently, although sometimes wonder if it's important to navigate the Nectar app back to the home page. I usually check it straight away.

i moved my Avios back to Nectar.. the left Avios a couple of weeks ago but haven't appeared with Nectar.

Wow, an even bigger fail than the Nectar Prices savings total that's been stuck on £0.00 for weeks...
