No voucher codes have been posted since Wednesday - I know this is automated but does this mean the automation is broken and not being fixed (another bad sign?)

Yes, not a good sign.
Yet according to his user profile, Richard is visiting nearly every day - at varying times, so probably not automated.

i'm only one humble contributor, but i have consistently logged in and chipped in for years.. nowadays, with no dailies, i have stopped doing so. without a reason to visit, this isn't looking good.

It's 24/10/2023 for the domain. I'd be surprised if it's not auto-renewed; most domain registrars are pushing clients to agree that these days, but payment methods can still expire!
