2 Damart for a total of 57p have gone extended but if not I would have reached the £5 payout

I checked the transaction total yesterday and it remains the same today at 9.925.339 so it would appear that there is nothing tracking at the moment. It is also the case that the auto posts "new voucher codes" has not been updated since Dec 29th 2022.

That does not look good for IM. If transactions don't even track, why would anyone bother with IM.
Hopefully, it's fixable. But three weeks on without even a forum post to alert members to a problem...

any update now?
There has been no movement and will not be until Richard fixes whatever is broken.
I suspect (but do not know) that any transactions made will be captured and will be updated once Richard has realised that it is broken and fixed the problem.
The problem being that because of his neglect of the site confidence and goodwill are being eroded.

You could always write a letter, if you feel the cost of the stamp is worth it
