Now 9,925,340 so upped by one. Think that must be Richard playing around, not convinced it is working yet.

There seems to be no update on the tracking issue. The counter continues to be stuck at 9.925.340

A quick update. In general, transactions are tracking as normal. But the most frequent report we use to download them from a third party has stopped working. There is a newer version which I'm working on, once that's sorted then the "missed" transactions should all come through.

I have just had a transaction from the 9th January track. So it looks as though this might now be working again

9,925,757 today so it would appear that there are some transactions tracking. Of course there may still be some that are not

Doesn't really inspire confidence, does it. Three weeks for management to notice that there was a problem. Almost a week after the 'working on it' response, no further update.
