Hi I was expecting a payment into my account Friday, it is showing it's been sent on my imutual payments to an account I usually use, but nothing has gone into my bank account. I've spoken to the bank and there is definitely nothing there. Is there a delay? I've logged the funds as missing on my account. thanks

That is so annoying, hope it is a glitch somewhere and you have the money in the bank very soon

still nothing yet - no message, no acknowledgment and I've got another payment to go into the same account this Friday. I'm not sure whether to cancel or not!

If you cancel, you definitely won't get the payment; if you don't cancel, you might get it.
The site owner seems to be too busy to provide any customer service - or he has lost interest. To his credit, a lot of things seem to be set up to work without intervention, but when they fail, it takes a while for him to notice and take any action.

I usually don't have a problem but it's quite frustrating you can't contact someone directly to solve as issue. You basically have to sit and wait.

I think we all feel your frustration. But as the owner has seen fit to operate in this way there is not a lot anyone can do about it.
Everyone has to make a decision as to whether or not to use the site and be frustrated in this way. Or whether to use other sites where the service is currently better. I think the majority have decided hence the lower level of transactions at the moment. Anything between 30-50 a day currently. TBH I am surprised it is that high, given how out of date the merchant list is.
