I too was expecting a payment last Friday, I have also loved the payment as missing.
This is not sounding good.

The site owner (and occasionally his wife) are the only people involved in the management and operations. He is too busy with other work and/or has lost interest in Imutual.

If you are not already a member of those then make sure you use something like Pick my postcode to get a bonus on joining. Or ask someone here for a referral so you both get a bonus. I am sure Sarah as she suggested, would be happy to refer.

If you do decide to go with either TCB or Quidco (or both) and want a referral bonus, which we will both benefit from, then feel free to use my links:
TCB -

Quidco -
https://www.quidco.com/raf/2038648/
In my opinion TCB is consistently the better out of the two (especially customer service) but think it is worthwhile having both, along with Imutual, because promotions and offers can vary across all the sites.

Agree try Topcashback but AVOID QUIDCO! They closed my (and a lot of other peoples) accounts with no warning and cancelled all our cashback. Totally untrustworthy site (I would still use Imutual over it, even with all the current issues...)

I definitely agree TCB and Imutual are better options but having a Quidco account just for the promotions alone is worth it, because these can be pretty good and low risk (even if there are issues with the account being suspended etc.). For example they regularly seem to have promos like £2.50 bonus with no minimum spend - so purchasing some cheap gardening gloves from Screwfix or some cat treats from Wilko that I would want anyway is worth the gamble and effectively makes the items free when the cashback and promo bonus is paid. Like you, I had my account closed, but appealed explaining that they still owed me money and they reinstated. Yes terrible customer service but for promotions I think worth the gamble having an account. Whilst my loyalty has always traditionally been to Imutual I cannot really fault TCB when I have used them for any offers or promotions not available here. TCBs promotions and other features are generally good and had no real issues with payments. I have had the odd transaction rejected because the 'merchant has not paid' without being able to get any further explanation, which is annoying. However they have been relatively rare and it seems to happen on all sites from my experience.

+1 to BeachBoy's comments
Threads on hukd about Quidco promotions invariably attract a lot of critical comments - far more than TCB.
Quidco do also seem to be much more aggressive about what they see as abuse.
