i've not had any credit at all. not sure if that means it will come later, or whether i am deemed not to have qualified. having used the cashback method, in theory maxing it, i've allocated spending to TSB and Amex for other benefits.

How do you get your cashback?
From 9 February up to 30 April 2023, you can earn 5% cashback on your shopping up to £10 each calendar month. You just need to use your Nationwide debit card at any of a wide range of supermarkets and convenience stores. You don't need to register or opt in. If you have a joint bank account, you can earn £10 each with both your cards.
To get the maximum £10 a month, you'll need to spend £200 in a calendar month with your debit card.
When will the cashback be paid?
You'll get the money back in your account within 6 weeks of the end of each calendar month:
Cashback earned in February will be paid by 11 April
Cashback earned in March will be paid by 12 May
Cashback earned in April will be paid by 12 June
