you can ask questions at any time during the year using our forum
...
If you have any questions on the accounts, no need to wait until the AGM - ask away!
Asking questions isn't the same thing as getting answers, though.

Apologies, the date on the voting form is correct. I got the above post wrong (twice!)
It's
13th April 7.30pm

The financial statements at the link above are not consistent with those filed at Companies House. Specifically creditors and net assets differ by £754.
Which version is correct?
The one published here. The initial document sent to CH had an error. A corrected version has been sent

I am assuming the £1348.57 owed to Imutual by MEDIAFORCE LIMITED (in liquidation) (Cashbackers) will be reflected in this years accounts as a write off? I doubt there is any chance of recovering it.

I have been a member for several years and my account says I do have shares but when I clicked the proxy link I got the message "You cannot vote at the upcoming general meeting, as you did not have any shares awarded as at Wednesday 29th March 2023"
Perhaps your shareholder registration details are incomplete? Have you voted previously?
There are only 2 mundane 'ordinary' resolutions up for vote, anyway.
Thanks Sarah. No I haven´t voted before but I will check if my shareholder registration details are correct

My details were correct but I resubmitted them anyway, but I am now getting the message “You cannot vote until we have verified your shareholder details. We expect to review your details shortly; your patience is appreciated.”
As voting takes place on 13th April 2023, does anyone have any idea of how long “shortly" is?

Your details have been verified now, apologies for the delay.

I think we wrote this off some time ago and it didn't form part of the debtor amount in the previous accounts, so no need to record a "write-off" in the latest accounts.

I get "Voting for the upcoming general meeting has now closed, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association" when I try to vote. Only got the email announcing the AGM at 10:35 this morning.

Same here ... My email arrived at 09.14 this morning. I'm now trying to vote around 12 hours later and get the message "Voting for the upcoming general meeting has now closed, in accordance with the company's Articles of Association."
