just to add to that blyth, I’ve been told that Tesco stores which don’t have a cash machine will provide cashback, but those that do won’t.

Cash machine as an ATM? Or Card Machine as in Debit/Credit card scanner?

ATM LPS.. old fashioned, sorry :geek:

done this month's £200 spending now. it's a shame there is a cap at £10/month, but as i mentioned in the TSB thread, quite enjoying 'bagging' again

Shame you do not have a joint account for £20 a month.

I haven't got around to trying this, primarily because I normally use Scan As You Shop & Smart Shop in supermarkets, but also at Tesco in particular they typically have only 1 or even 0 staffed checkouts open at the times I usually visit.

Tesco here does have an ATM so maybe they'd refuse to give cashback at checkout anyway. I haven't asked. Anyone had success at Sainsbury's?

i think your Tesco wouldn't offer it Sarah, and i haven't tried Sainsbury's. only need one convenient retailer and it's job done if you utilise cashback. this is the last month for this now, unless they extend the offer, so only £10 remaining up for grabs.

no £3 minimum. My cashback was only £1.73 but it came through on 31 march.

Unfortunately (or fortunately) a lot of my shopping is done with Gift Vouchers at the moment.

I guess you can't have everything :)

i have some Clubcard points and Love2Shop vouchers available to spend rayf, but broadly holding off with some of these promotions around.
good news that the £3 minimum was not enforced.

it does seem that this is coming to an end. one of the staff had suggested that it could be extended, but it seems that 30th April will be the cut-off for generating cashback, and these are the payment dates:

Cashback earned in February will be paid by 11 April
Cashback earned in March will be paid by 12 May
Cashback earned in April will be paid by 12 June
