I've received a message on the higher one saying I need to call before redeeming.
That sounds good - would be useful if we could all opt-in to higher security!

How appalling. I would say redeem asap and use your online bank account to put the money saved into a special savings account. You get the high paying item you are saving for but can use cash and hopefully get cashback

Just had an app notification for 200 bonus points (nice)
Unfortunately they don't count for the Count up to Christmas promotion.

Finally got all my stolen points and access to my account reinstated after 2 months and many frustrating phone calls. Nectar can be utterly exhausting to deal with until you're lucky enough to speak with someone that really can resolve things.

Now feel like I should rush into spending my points before they get stolen again!

The bonus points seem to be dropping - items that used to earn 30 or 40 points now only earn 20 :(

interesting feature.. and just gone to turn it on to find that mine were already locked. i've just kept accumulating over the years. at one stage i was thinking to take advantage of their 'November double value' offer at Sainsbury's, but they stopped it, so just waiting for an opportunity

I noticed you need to unlock before you go shopping if you want to use points to pay as takes time to unlock by getting to checkout tills.

Yeah, that's mentioned in the FAQ. I've usually found that unlocking when entering a store, 10 mins or so before reaching checkout was sufficient, although on 1 occasion that hasn't been early enough.
