I have been robbed of my £30 CB. They want my bank statement and I refuse to give them it.

This is illegal behaviour from imutual and I will report the to OFT.

Imutual are legally obliged to prevent identiy fraud which is why ask for bank details
If you convicnce it's fraud maybe ring the police
