Brief outage Tuesday morning

Following a disk failure on our server at the weekend, we need to arrange for a replacement disk. This will take place between 8am and 9am tomorrow (Tuesday) and as a result the website will be unavailable for about 20 minutes, Hope you can survive that long without us

Not sure, some people may need to reorganize their entire schedules.......

Thanks for the advance notice. Later would have been better, its a busy time. But i am sure the schedule can be adjusted.

20 minutes between 8am and 9am , can't you be more precise ?

Hardware in general today is very reliable, however these things do happen from time-to-time.

A professional should be done and dusted in 20 minutes.

Or you could do what we used to do and smash the drives up with a 3kg hammer and then put the various pieces and glass-like dust into several different bins.
