For Sainsbury to say "every swipe" is slightly misleading. You have to spend £1 or more so that the transaction is reported to nectar and generates the bonus.

Sainsbury's MOCs that are mailed are issued for a Sunday-Saturday week.
Promotional periods usually end on Tuesdays, so it could mean a Wednesday -Tuesday week
The promotion began last Thursday and ends on a Wednesday, so it could mean a Thursday-Wednesday week.

So anyone's guess. I think the last is the most likely
